Photobucket Kelsi Nielson is just the cutest little drama geek you could ever hope to meet. Her primary love is for musicals, with secondary crushes on Kristin Chenoweth and Bernadette Peters, along with many other lovely and talented leading ladies. She hopes to have a leading lady of her own some day, but until then she spends her time writing music and plays, playing matchmaker slash fairy godmother for her friends, and secretly controlling the High School musical franchise with the not-inconsiderable power of her chest.

Kelsi hails from a firmly middle-class family, which is not exactly horrible, but means it took forever for them to get a piano (being Kelsi's first-first love), before which she had to play the one at school. ._. Regardless, time and money has always been found to nurture Kelsi's musical talents since the time long, long ago when her hands were too small to play an octave. In fact, her parents have been generally supportive of all Kelsi's passions, from enduring her playing the piano for hours on end to supporting her musical theatre habit to their sparkly happy Disneyful acceptance of her lesbianness.

She's an only child, and therefore has never had to fend off siblings, which possibly contributes to her somewhat quiet and timid ways. Not to mention why she spends so much time under the thumb of Sharpay Evans (admittedly also a product of the latter's dominatrixneering ways, but there you go). Still, the girl can rise to the occasion and be surprisingly scheme-y and plotty, going so far as to help Ryan with the downfall of his sister in the second movie. She's also working on making Ryan/Chad a reality, despite upcoming college.

She is also five feet tall, and has an impressive hat collection. If you were to look up the definition of 'protect tiny blonde brunette', you would find her picture.
